A relative newcomer to the premium Gin scene. Bulldog is a London dry Gin produced using old-time methods where neutral grain spirit is quadruple distilled utilising copper pot stills. The raw spirit is then steeped in an array of botanicals including: dragon eye, poppy, lotus leaves, lemon, almond, cassia, lavender, orris, liquorice, juniper, angelica, and coriander.
The bold juniper flavor jumps out with each sip of Gordon’s. This London dry gin is incredibly versatile and can lend a helping hand in an array of mixed drinks. The aromatics of orange peel and anise blend with the scent of juniper to create a well-balanced and tasty gin. Gordon’s gin is a brilliant example of London dry gin

Proudly touted as "a most unusual gin," Hendrick's Gin is a delightfully curious liquid with a unique character that stands out from the rest. This small-batch gin is produced by William Grant & Sons and infused with cucumber, rose and traditional juniper at the brand's Scottish distillery. Small batches are typically defined as 1,000 liters or fewer, but Hendrick's Gin is crafted in tiny 500-liter batches, giving the master distiller more control over her artistry.
Hendrick's is the result of combining two different spirits from rare and unusual stills: the Bennet still and the Carter-Head still. The exceptionally smooth gin features a nice balance of subtle flavors, which include wonderful notes of flowers, fruits, roots and seeds from across the world. In fact, the Wall Street Journal has described Hendrick's as the "Best Gin in the World."
William Grant & Sons suggests serving the gin over ice with tonic water. Garnish with a cucumber slice instead of the traditional lemon wedge. Another great option is to serve the gin with soda water and a bit of elderflower.
You can also create an odd variety of cocktails with distinctive bouquets. Gordon's Cup is a sour-and-salty concoction that marries cucumber, salt and pepper, lime juice and freshly ground salt and pepper. If that's too ambitious, try a simple Gin & Tonic using Hendrick's.

MALFY Con Arancia’s key botanical additions are Blood Orange peels sourced from Sicily. Blood Oranges are a prized variety in Sicily – and harvested in November – their rich red color develops from the cool Mediterranean nights.
The Blood Orange peels are steeped in alcohol and pressed in a basket press. The infusion is then blended with juniper and other botanicals before being distilled in a stainless steel vacuum still.
The Malfy Bottle is decorated using traditional Italian Glass design technique and the stopper is made in Italy from real oak. The Malfy Crest is an interpretation of a famous rowing race held between the four ancient kingdoms of Italy each year. The Malfy Blue represents the Mediterranean and the yellow represents the Italian lemons grown on the coast which gives Malfy the aroma of the zest from a lemon just picked from a tree. Malfy uses a selection of coastal grown Italian lemons - some from Amalfi and some from Sicily to give the gin a fresh and zesty aroma....ABV: 41%
It should come as no surprise that the folks behind Malfy Gin are very talented at incorporating citrus of all varieties into their gin. The Con Arancia and Con Limone are proof enough, but if you need even more convincing, say hello to Malfy Gin Con Rosa! This ace Italian gin is built around the awesomeness of Sicilian pink grapefruit, and features a hint of rhubarb too. This should make for some incredible summer drinks... Tangy pink grapefruit at the fore, balanced well by peppery juniper and a touch of thyme. ABV: 41%
Pickering's Gin is based on an old Bombay recipe, handwritten on a fragment of paper dated 17 July 1947. Kept as a family secret for over 66 years, it only resurfaced in 2013 when we began distilling at Summerhall, right in the heart of Edinburgh. By the time we launched in 2014 we had fine-tuned the recipe, perfecting its balance of botanicals and tweaking it to the contemporary palate. The result is a spectacularly smooth, refreshing and flavoursome gin.
