Hendrick’s Amazonia Gin, a Duty Free retail exclusive, was inspired by head distiller Lesley Gracie’s visit to South America in 2013. It was here she met not only Mr Charles Brewer-Carías, one of the world’s most respected explorers, she was also introduced to a host of fascinating flora and fauna. Based on the classic Hendrick’s Gin recipe, which includes cucumber and rose, this expression also uses flora from the Amazon to create a gin that’s tropical and bright with a carefully balanced blend of fruit and floral whist retaining notes of the classic Hendrick’s Gin profile. The spirit has a unique royal origin, with many of its citrus and herbal notes sourced from botanicals gathered in the Buckingham Palace Gardens. Cannonball resurrects a historic style of gin commissioned by the British Navy, making this gin an homage to Edinburgh’s seafaring past. Bottled at 57.2% ABV, Cannonball is 100% proof, and defined by intense juniper and Oriental spice. With twice the juniper content of our classic Edinburgh Gin, it packs quite the punch. Szechuan peppercorns add a spicy note while zesty lemon and orange balance out the citrus profile. Cannonball is a strong, characterful gin that can be enjoyed straight up or in a G&T. Our Raspberry Gin is a 40% abv expression of our much-celebrated flavour pioneer, Raspberry Gin Liqueur. Fashioned using locally sourced raspberries from the soft fruit capital of the UK, Perthshire. Taking advantage of the best of seasonal Perthshire raspberries, directly sourced from the farmers door, we distil a sweet and delicious gin with real depth of flavour, very much reminiscent of raspberry jam. Serve with a couple of raspberries and a twist of zesty lemon peel. Alc 40%

Ink Gin is the original, patented, butterfly pea gin, and is one of Australia’s best selling and best-loved craft gins. EW Spirits hails from Evanston in the United States of America, a city that suffered Prohibition for over one hundred years thanks to many of its advocates hailing from its dry streets. Thankfully Evanston is now home to this excellent craft distillery which takes its name ironically from the initials of Frances Elizabeth Willard, a key figure in the Temperance Movement.

Sipsmith London Dry Gin is a classic London dry style gin, it uses 10 botanicals in its maceration: Juniper berries, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Liquorice Root, Orris Root, Ground Almond, Cassia Bark, Cinnamon, Orange Peel and Lemon Peel. "Sipsmith was established in London in 2009. The first copper-pot based distillery to start up in London in 189 years, it is one of only four gin distilleries located within London's city limits. Sipsmith was launched by Sam Galsworthy and Fairfax Hall, respectively former Fuller’s and Diageo employees.

Etsu Gin is made in Hokkaido by the Asahikawa distillery, Etsu means jubilation or joy in Japanese. It’s a floral extravaganza with some botanicals you won’t find in non-Nippon Gins, like green tea leaves, sansho pepper, and yuzu, the endemic Japanese citrus that tastes sort of like grapefruit. Asahikawa distillery make Etsu following a secret recipe, sourcing the water from Taisetsu mountains and filtering it through charcoal. The Spirit comes in a lovely bottle with a geisha sitting in a yuzu leaf. Floral nose with hints of yuzu and citrus. Fresh flavours of peppers with hints of berries and green tea. Spicy finish with notes of sansho pepper and yuzu

fter 10 years of making whisky, Kavalan master blender Ian Chang wanted to try his hand at creating a gin. Staying true to the standard botanicals of juniper, aniseed and coriander, Chang also included a taste of Yilan—Kavalan's home— with kumquat peel, dried star fruit and red-flesh guava botanical extracts. The gin is double charcoal-filtered, triple distilled and bottled at 40% ABV. Kavalan Gin opens up on very nutty and rooty notes, with angelica, almond, hazelnut paste, before juniper and aniseed get any say. It is chocolate-y almost. The palate makes way for a whisper of vanilla and honeysuckle, and it is slightly resinous with notes of kumquat and other citrus Alc. 40%

Commercial Description: In all, Jawbox features no fewer than eleven fine botanicals. Most of these are ‘steep and boil’, and three use the vapour extraction method to preserve their delicate aroma. Nose: Big, bold juniper and pine notes balanced with coriander and clean citrus. Palate: Classic gin that becomes more complex on the palate. Starts with citrus and juniper developing into pepper, green angelica and subtle rootiness. Finish: Citrus with lingering juniper and pine with the quiet complexity of the supporting cast.

Graham Norton’s Own Irish GiN is small batch distilled in West Cork, not far from Graham’s Cork home. When the weather is right and the flowers are blooming, local ingredients are foraged to round out the blend of 12 botanicals that gives Graham’s GiN its London Dry style and a flavour as distinctive as the man himself. Tasting Note: A heady combination of kaffir lime and juniper leap from the glass. With a lemon twist and tonic, the citrus notes are amplified to achieve the perfect G&T balance with a beautifully crisp finish.

Tasting Note: Made with Irish grain, this Pink GiN draws its flavour from a combination of 14 botanicals including rose petals, kaffir lime and rose hip. It’s all underpinned by locally foraged native Fuchsia flowers, which give a delicate aromatic expression and smoothness.
