A Spanish gin made using 12 botanicals which are distilled five times. Larios 12 is made with botanicals including wild juniper, nutmeg, angelica root, coriander, Mediterranean lemon, orange, tangerine, mandarin, clementine, grapefruit, lime and orange blossom.

Pickering's Gin is based on an old Bombay recipe, handwritten on a fragment of paper dated 17 July 1947. Kept as a family secret for over 66 years, it only resurfaced in 2013 when we began distilling at Summerhall, right in the heart of Edinburgh. By the time we launched in 2014 we had fine-tuned the recipe, perfecting its balance of botanicals and tweaking it to the contemporary palate. The result is a spectacularly smooth, refreshing and flavoursome gin.

On the front of the palate Portobello Road Gin has a generous slug of juniper, the mid palate has a sustained, fresh citrus character from our use of lemon, bitter orange and coriander, which then develops into a sweet peppery finish, achieved by the use of liquorice and nutmeg. Best served simply with tonic and a twist of pink grapefruit!

A warm and familiar taste of apple pie with an unexpected depth of flavour, intertwined with the tartness of freshly picked apple, fresh ginger, and Allspice for a rounded finish. The layers of flavour from this vibrant gin come from a depth of spice and crisp apple, combining for a pleasant mouth feel and full body introduced by naturally pressed apple juice. 11 botanicals and ingredients: Angelica Root, Cardamom, Cassia, Coriander, Juniper, Liquorice, Orris Root, Fresh Apple Juice, Nutmeg, Fresh Ginger, Apple Mint.
